Forgiveness and Let it go

If you have somethings or people who hurt you, harm you, or disturb/bother you.   They pull your energy and attention to them and drain your energy away from you.  You feel constantly pay attention to them (thinking, hating, etc).   You need to forgive them and let them go from your life.   


Forgiveness does not mean that you agree with what others did to you or you allow them to continue harm or hurt you.  Forgiving means you don’t care about them anymore, they don’t serve anything from you in your life, you just simply release them from your life, cut the anchor off from them, and free yourself.   They will disappear from your physical life.    Remember you create your own reality, you are the one created everything in your life,   so you have the power to let things/people who don’t deserve you anymore get out of your life. 


Why do you want something and someone you don’t like to be in your life? if you think they don’t serve any purpose in your life anymore, just forgive them and let it go and move on with your life.   take the path you think you can be truly yourself. 


If you constantly thinking about how terrible they are, what they did to you, that means you are still connected to them, they will continue to be in your life.   

If you feel heavy and depressed, that means you carry other people’s baggage.   Your own baggage weights nothing.   So don’t steal other people’s baggage (their responsibility, their life, their choice).   Let them be themselves and you be your own.   Don’t judge other people, also don’t let other people judgment interfering you

How to let it go with a relationship

If you feel you are not compatible with your partner on energy and vibration level and there are a lot of issues and problems between you and him/her.  

Sometimes, the best way to be the most loving way to someone else is to let it go and is to show them the consequences of their choices.  Sometimes it means removing yourself physically from their proximity.   Because they need to understand that’s the consequences of the choice that they are making in making themselves vibrationally incompatible with who you prefer to be. 


Then you are giving them the choice to either change to become more vibrationally compatible or you are giving them the freedom to find out what they believe is more vibrationally compatible for them at this point in their life.  That is the most unconditional loving thing you can do in that circumstance for them. So will still being of service.  
If you feel excruciating at the moment, then you don’t understand the concept of being letting it go.   You are not doing what you said you are doing. 

 
You won’t be excruciating if you are actually recognizing that you are doing the most loving thing you can to them.   Remember that you can not actually be in your state of excitement, and actually experience negativity.  If you are in a negative state,  that means you are not actually in the state of Excitement.


If you still feel excruciating that means you are still attaching fear base beliefs and negative beliefs to the circumstances that you have chosen to experience.  You need to look into why you are doing that.  If you understand that this decision is really your path, really true for you.  You should really take time to examine whether your decision is really what you want and it is your path.


But if you determine that the decision is really your path, and true yourself, then what comes along with that choice, has to be, in alignment with your true energy. What comes along with making that choice has to be the understanding that you are actually doing the most loving thing of service you could be doing for the other person.  


And if you really know that, there is no way that you would have an excruciating, negative feeling.  You will know that you are rising above,  Now, you can have compassion for what the other person might be choosing to go through, But that does not involve feeling excruciating pain.  It is just a recognition that they may be at a certain stage in their life.  You bless them and give them energy, and unconditional love to find what they need, to allow them to make choices.   Just as if you want them to allow you to make the choices you believe were best for you.   So you have to also unconditionally allow them to make the choice that at this point, in their evolution.   That’s the most unconditionally loving thing you can do.  Once you realized that, you should feel lighter and happier.   And that will be the first clue that you are now aligned with your true vibration. 


Remember, your own baggage weight nothing.   If you feel weight down, it’s because you are carrying baggage that belongs to someone else.  Don’t steal other people’s baggage, drop them, and let yourself feel lighter. 


Remember, the first step toward Enlightenment is to lighten up on yourself.

Let it go

According to Bashar, the law of attraction is not just raise your vibration and image you have something, these are not all about LOA.   The real secrete of the LOA is to let it go! 


You are a core vibrational frequency.  It is pure and uniquely you and only you.  Your core vibration frequency is like a lighthouse, it radiates purely the signature frequency of your unique being.   


It never stops vibrating, everything that is in alignment with your frequency is doing its utmost comes to you.  The thing that is not in alignment with your frequency is going its utmost tries to get away from you as it possibly can. 


If the things that are aligned with your frequency beacon aren’t reaching you, it is not because you are not vibrating the resonance that you need to attract it because your definition and beliefs are pushing it away. 


The things try to get away from you, but they cannot get away from you.  Not because they did not try to leave you, but because you are holding on to them from your belief system.  You could not let it go from you. 


So the true secrete of the law of attraction is not to learn how to attract, it is how to let it go of what you don’t want in your life.  So that you can let it in what is trying to get to you automatically and effortlessly. 


Not only you have to be in the frequency of the vibration you want to attract, but that also is not the complete or deep understanding of how it works.  So the real secrete of the law of attraction is to let it go and let it in.  Go with the flow effortless, seamlessly.  It is not to learn something you are already doing, but to let it go.  So that you can let it what is trying to get to you in automatically.

Meaning of life

Many of people wondering around what is the meaning of life? what is the life purpose? the money, the love, the success, the happiness, the power, the freedom, the value to the society? 


Me too, I was wandering around about what is my purpose in this life on earth? Until recently I got the message from my higher self and our Universe, the meaning of life is what you think it is, it will be.  That is so simple. 


That is why everyone has different goals and different purposes in their life.   If you want to be happy, that is your life meaning, just be happy.   If you want to be rich, then just get rich, if you want to have power, then that is your purpose.  Or you want to improve your spiritual level, increase your energy level and vibration, that will be your purpose.   
We are multidimensional beings, live in human experience in this 3D virtual reality world, experience life.  through our day to day life, and we improve our spiritual level, and evolve to the higher level soul. 

Believe creates your reality

Three parts construct who you really are

1. your beliefs and definitions

2. your emotions and thoughts

3. Your physical behaviors

These three parts work together hand by hand. They create and construct the individuality.

The behaviors, emotions and throughs take their cue to form the definitions and beliefs first.

So first, you need to have believe, what you really believe will create your reality. If you think you are a good person, then you are a good person in the reality world.

What you believe is what you get from the physical world. So in order to change your situation and reality, you first need to change your believe. The change has to from within, not the outside.

The physical reality is like a mirror to you. What you see is what from inside what you are. If you want the reflection in the mirror to smile, you have to smile first. you can not band the mirror and make the reflection smile while you a croupy

很多人可能都会想我们活着的意义是什么, 我们的生活的意义和目标是什么, 是金钱, 爱, 成功, 快乐, 权利, 还有自由, 对这个社会的价值体现。
